What’s great and what’s not
The views from the pool and restaurant are breathtaking! The staff are friendly and attentive, making meals exceptional and providing a warm atmosphere. Exploring the nearby waterfalls was a highlight of our stay!
The bumpy road to the hotel can be intimidating, especially for those without 4WD. Limited connectivity with poor Wi-Fi and lack of cell reception can be frustrating for guests wanting to stay connected.

The staff made our stay memorable and
the views from the ocean view villa were breathtaking. However, the food quality didn't meet our expectations, as some dishes felt lacking in flavor. The ambiance was lovely and the spa treatment was a highlight of our trip.

We had an amazing time with friends! The beautiful jungle setting and trails offered great outdoor adventures. A highlight was watching humpback whales and enjoying therapeutic massages. Make sure to try the delicious meals—I still crave those smoothies! Just note that organizing local transportation can be tricky, so plan ahead.
Transportation arrangements weren't great. We relied on local services and found it pricey compared to direct payments, which was annoying.
